The Wailua-Kapaa Neighborhood Association is a Group of East Kauai Residents,
Homeowners, and Interested Individuals Who have Joined Together to Address a Variety of Issues and Concerns.
Our Key Issues Include:
• Enhancing Quality of Life for Residents
• Preserving the Rural Character of the Lands and Communities On The Eastside of Kauai
We can achieve this through collaboration, sharing knowledge and community participation in local, island wide and government decision-making processes. We desire to influence planning decisions and encourage managed growth and development. We can protect the unique beauty, natural resources, agricultural land, and culturally significant features of
Kauai’s Eastside.
