This is the first in a series of workshops on the process of live theatre, focusing on promoting the work of local women playwrights. These plays may be considered for future WIT productions. Be a part of the creative process of writing a playscript, working with the playwright, director, producer and actors.

Spend a day with playwright Jo Ann Lordahl, help to workshop her playscript, see a staged reading, provide feedback and criticism. Ask your own questions. Work with the actors and director immediately after the reading to process that feedback.

Starring Kasey Alcott, Louise Arakaki, Nola Ann Conn and Susan Zollinger

Faith Harding is an actress, promoter, poet and activist. She serves as secretary for WIT's Board of Directors.

Linda McCall has been an actor, producer and stage manager for WIT and KCP Productions. This is her first directing project.

Jo Ann Lordahl, a prize-winning poet, has sixteen published books of fiction, non-fiction and poetry. She leads a writing group on Kaua'i.

Cost is $20, reservations strongly suggested.
